Green Chip Poker is being prepared for iPhone beta testing. These answers cover the most common issues.
My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on the device you used. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or deleting the app can remove it.
The newest update is missing
Close and reopen the app. On the website, refresh the page once so the newest training version replaces the cached copy.
The cards look too small
Rotate the phone only if that feels more comfortable. Green Chip Poker is designed for portrait use, and the iPhone layout will continue to be improved during TestFlight.
A poker answer looks wrong
Take a screenshot showing both hands, the board, and the result message. TestFlight testers can attach the screenshot directly when submitting beta feedback.
Does the app involve real money?
No. All chips are training chips with no cash value. Green Chip Poker does not accept wagers or award money or prizes.
How do I send beta feedback?
During TestFlight, open the TestFlight app, choose Green Chip Poker, and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can include notes and screenshots.
Email support@greenchippoker.com. Include the training mode, what happened, and a screenshot when possible.
